VISITS & TASTINGS

 

Schedule

We are open every day from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a final reservation time of 3:30 PM. For schedule updates, including weather-related and holiday closures, please visit our Instagram page.


Kids & Dogs

Our winery is family and dog-friendly! For the safety of all, we kindly ask that you only bring friendly, well-trained dogs. Dogs must be kept on leash around the property and can only be accommodated outside on our patio. Our bathrooms are equipped with diaper-changing stations.


Food

We do not allow outside food. We offer charcuterie boards, as well as other delicious snack options. We strongly suggest pre-ordering as we have limited quantities. Want to plan an intimate event? Contact us to inquire on how we can best accommodate you!


Groups

We currently have reservations available on TOCK for up to 8 guests. If you would like to host a larger group, please contact us at hospitality@domaineroy.com. Groups larger than 8 guests require a $120 per person wine minimum, and snacks can be added upon request.


ADA

We have two parking spots allocated to ADA vehicles, and we can easily accommodate everyone.

Attire

All experiences can be booked indoors in our estate tasting room or outdoors on our patio. We have heaters and blankets available for our patio tastings for cooler weather. If you want to discover the full beauty of our estate, we encourage you to pack comfortable shoes that you don’t mind getting dirt on (the Jory Volcanic soil is known for bright rust dirt!), layer up, and walk the vineyard.


Cost

Our tasting experiences start at $50 per person and are refundable with a 2-bottle purchase per person. Opt for our Iron & Quartz experience to taste through our top-tier wines, along with a charcuterie board and private cellar tour. This experience is $100 per person, waived with a 4-bottle purchase per person or club sign-up.


Timeline

Our Origin and Olive Grove experiences are scheduled for 90 minutes. Our Iron & Quartz experience allows you to enjoy a tasting and take in the beautiful views for up to 120 minutes.


 

ORDERS, SHIPPING & RETURNS

 
 
 

Shipping

We ship Monday through Friday. All orders placed before 2 pm will ship out the next business day. If you place an order Friday after 2 pm, it will ship out the following Tuesday. Our default shipping provider is FedEx. Please call us if you need us to ship through a specific provider.

 
 

 
 

Weather

To ensure the optimal quality of our wines, please note that we do not ship wine via ground in winter and summer times. Make sure to select Next Day Air or Second Day Air shipping options at checkout to avoid weather holds.

In most states, we can also ship via UPS Ground Temperature Control year-round. Temperature Control orders only ship on Mondays and take an average of 2.5 weeks of transit from that time. Please note that if you put a Temperature Control Order after 2 pm on Friday, it will not ship the following Monday but the one after. To select this option, please contact us to make a special arrangement.

 
 

 
 

Delivery

Someone over 21 must be present to sign for the package at the time of delivery. If the first attempt fails, the carrier will notify you and make another attempt to deliver the wine-- up to 3 times. If unsuccessful, your wine will be held at a carrier hub for 5 days before the package is returned. Please keep a close eye on shipping notifications to make sure you receive your wine during this time. Alternatively, we can route shipments to your local FedEx location to pick up at your convenience.

 
 

 
 

Taxes

Taxes are automatically applied at checkout based on local guidelines, including weight and specific location.

 
 

 
 

Returns

We offer replacements for corked and damaged bottles. Please contact our hospitality team to coordinate.

 
 

 

Club

We will automatically process your card on file ahead of the club release. You will receive an email beforehand informing you of the exact date of payment processing. Learn more about our Membership Terms & Conditions.

 

To send a gift card via our online shop, kindly follow these steps:

1. Select your preferred amount and add to the cart.
2. At checkout, enter the recipient's address information in the shipping section and make sure to include your gift note where it says ‘Add a gift message or special instructions’. Continue by adding your personal details in the payment and billing section.
3. Once your purchase is made, we will send an email to the recipient letting them know they've received a digital gift card from you and include the gift note!
