2021 Iron Filbert Vineyard Chardonnay
A lovely, pure expression from our Iron Filbert Vineyard. Aromatically singing with honeydew melon, graham-cracker, and lemon peel off the bat. Warm, rich notes of crème brûlée, papaya, and honeycomb unfold in layers as the wine opens. The palate is massively concentrated and elongated. Supple fruit lingers through the finish, entangled with an acidity that leaves your mouth watering. This wine will age gracefully for many years with its flavor concentration and refined acidity.

This is very solid with dried apple and pear. Some flint and ash undertones. Some iron, too. It’s solid and reserved with excellent structured and tightness. Salty finish. Very structured.
